We hope you love Easy English NEWS, but if for some reason it doesn't work for your class, we have a 30-day return policy. If you decide within the first 30 days that the newspaper will not work for you, contact us and we will refund your subscription. There is no need to return the first month of papers to us. Share them with someone who will benefit from them.

You may cancel an existing subscription at any time. However, if it is more than 30 days since you received your first month, we will offer a partial refund for the months that we have not already delivered to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your newspapers are damaged or if you receive the wrong amount, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

If you need to change your subscription from the paper edition to digital edition or digital to paper, contact us as soon as possible. We will change your subscription for the next available month. We publish 15 days before the month, so please notify us as far ahead of time as you can.

Refunds

If we need to refund you for any reason, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us.
